Sharptown Heritage Day
Sep 17 @ 7:00 am
All Roads Lead to Sharptown
Join us as we Celebrate our Annual Heritage Day Event in Sharptown,
the Heart and Center of the Eastern Shore of Maryland.
Our small town will be bustling with energy on that Saturday.
Early risers can attend Town-wide Yard Sales that are intertwined through our Streets.
Vendors will be setting up at Cherry Beach Park for the Festivities of the day. The crowds will line our Main Street awaiting the Parade
at 10:00 am. The Parade Route will run from the Carnival Grounds to Cherry Beach Park.
Marching Bands? Of course! Mardela Middle and High School Band and North Dorchester High School Band will be performing.
Children will be excited as it is the Opening Day of Soccer at Gene Lowe Park on State Street.
The smell of Food will be in the air from Breakfast Sandwiches, Community Luncheons, Food Vendors, and more.
Live Music can be heard in the Park awaiting Dusk for the Fireworks.
Local Organizations are working together to make this day a Fun Event and Sharptown Historical Commission cannot Thank them enough for their Support.
We hope you visit Sharptown on 9/17 to enjoy our Festivities!
